Clean rooms. Good beds and showers. However slow to fix what is broken

Stayed for 5 nights in chalet.
Hosts very nice.
Beds comfortable, shower good. Unit comfortable although dated. Television service was erratic at best and even though hosts advised on 1st day, no improvement was made by the time we left. As was the case with one element on the cook top. Host suggested using the BBQ outside.
Cleaning was a bit haphazard for example, the bathroom basin not cleaned the whole time we were there. No one had vacuumed under the beds.
