Such great place to stay! Excellent value for money! On our trip we have gotten significantly less for the same price. Water views from our room, super cozy bed. Definitely recommend!

Good value at this price. Good view of the lake, With large room. Could probably only get smaller rooms with no view at this price in other 4-5 star hotel.

King size bed and modern, really clean room, good WiFi and all the sky channels. Ours didn't have a spa pool but was nice. As with everywhere we go, staff are really nice it's really cool. Ezy pezy parking city centre minutes away by car would stay again.

Hotel quite new or renovated. Room small but clean and tidy. Modern equipped. But: pictures in google and booking can suggest there is a public pool. Thats not true. There is no public pool or spa with spectacular seaviews as shown. There are rooms with small spa in the dark corner of the balcony with a bit of a seaview. But i would not sit in one of these. Looks like a bit squeezed.

Received a very warm welcome from the proprietor. The warmest and friendliest lady I have ever encountered in a hotel works on reception. The hotel and room had a luxurious feel to it. Stayed in the junior mini suite and for the most basic option we had a lovely view and the room was very modern. The carpet was so thick under my feet I was tempted to sleep on it!

On a side note, I was also contacted straight away after check out as I'd left my ring. Great service. Definitely going back there when I'm next in Taupo.
