Good location, just outside of the heart of the CBD. Helpful staff, clean and spacious rooms, dedicated parking. Great view from some of the rooms too!

This is a great motel to stay in while at Taupo, in this motel there are tidy room you can stay in,free sky TV,it is very close to lake Taupo and it takes just 5 minutes walk to the restaurants. However the reason that I gave it a four star rating is because of the internet that if you get a room further then five meters from reception it becomes very slow and although you can get 2 GB free you can barely use it.

The rooms were comfortable and it was nice to be in a motel with the full sky package. Unfortunately the heater is too noisy and there is no air con so in summer it wouldn't be ideal. The phone reception is not good also with spark. All round good for a stop over but wouldn't stay if I required multiple phone calls for work in the evenings.

Nice clean and quiet rooms. No air-conditioning and the microwave in my room was straight out of the Ark.

This my second time coming here, some of it's still the same. But some of its not. I liked the best and tidy rooms, as well as the dining table and kitchen set. Although the dishwasher was broken. Overall excluding the broken electric blanket and dishwasher everything was great!
