  Stunning food all around have been here more than once, really nice vibe and good service. Only complaint would be that the scambled eggs are runny and flavorless. Try the iced coffee it's awesome, amazing vanilla gelato, milk and espresso coffee that you get to mix yourself.

  Great view, friendly staff, good food. Only complaint are the round tables that are put on booths and have very wide bases. Makes it hard to eat if you have more than 2 people and is uncomfortable for your feet. They should definitely invest in better tables. A bit pricy, but overall great.

  Nice view and the waiter was nice and friendly. The food was 8/10. I order spicy pasta reaally good but the plate of my boyfriend (fried fish with chips and a sauce) could be better. The ice tea is excellent and giant, the "kombucha" undrinkable. A little higher prices for the meals.

  Great atmosphere, nice and warm, nice view. Small word of advice if you need to remove a certain item from your dish when ordering, it's best to explain why otherwise they may replace it with a similar item, not too good if it's a nut or gluten allergy. But otherwise inviting and definitely a good brunch place with the in-laws or without because, you know, in laws....

  Food and service is great. Only downside is its popularity and the wait to be seated. Could do with more seating and redesigned tables to optimise space usage.

  Nice cafe, good location, very popular and the wait service was friendly and quick. My only critique would be for more variety on the menu, it felt slightly limited.

  This Cafe is in a great location, right by the water with great views. Its on the higher side of price but you do get some great food here. The coffee is really nice and they have a nice little takeout part as well that has Gelato Ice creams.
  It gets busy in the summer or on nice winter days. They have some nice outside seats as well.

  Visited this place many times over the years. Ambience is fantastic and on a sunny day it is hard to find a place in Auckland with a better vista. Menu changes seasonally but always contains a mix of classic favourites and new and innovative dishes. Service is always top notch and wait for food is not long even at the busiest of times.

  Im sorry but I have to review this place. The location is A+ but the food is bad. I've been here twice and both times it's been terrible. I've had the pancakes before and this time I had the fish and chips. The staff are a bit of a mix too, some okay some bad, there is one guy there with the grumpiest look on his face and a bad attitude it's really noticeable. I think they just hire anyone. The menu is an embarrassment, it's hard to read like the food is fancy and the just a mess comes out. Stop pretending your fancy when your not, your prices might be but the food isn't. So many people say that too. Its a shame as the location is great. The rating is solely for the location, food would get a zero.

  Probably one of my favorite places to come in the morning during weekend especially if it's sunny. Great food and beverages. Coffee is always great and I never had a single cup which weren't to my taste. Highly recommend.

  Great coffee. Only had a savory muffin from the good cabinet. But it was extremely tasty. Will be back to have a breakfast or lunch in the near future

  Good notification system when full. Meals quite larger. Was disappointed in the beer battered fish and chips which also stated came with a salad! Salad was a couple of limp whitlow leaves with a very salty dressing. Service attentive almost to the point of too much. Location is very nice which is I think they are trading on. Some more attention to detail on their menu / meals should e considered.

  Enjoying light meals late afternoon after some beach walk. Nicely located near to the boat landing. Ordered the ice cream and it is so smooth and nice. Also ordered the fries, found it so nice. Service is just okay. The view is nice since it is overlooking Takapuna beach. Can be very crowd, so please just be patience. Recommended and will come back.
