  Close to needing a bit of a spruce up but for the price it is comfortable, clean and great value for money. Each room has a private spa (outdoors) and my kids loved it as did us adults. Kids enjoyed the thermally heated pool which we had all to ourselves. Sound proofing is great too so it was quiet&peaceful- just what we needed to get away from the hustle and bustle.

  Nice room, clean and tidy. Helpful and kind staff. Room had an outdoor hot-tub. Heated shared outside pool too. Nice.

  What we saw in pictures online didn't translate when we actually saw our rooms in person . Few things need fixing. Lights were very dull didn't really light up the rooms. Ironing board was very small and wouldnt stand still when we used it. Heat/fan in bathroom made a weird noise when it was switched on. Furniture old and tired. Hot tub area uninviting. room we were in could use a coat of paint. Tv in area you cant really see and have to move chairs in order to watch. The milk we got was frozen in fridge Bby the next morning . SLIDING DOOR WHEN LOCKED WE COULD STILL OPEN IT. NEED TO CHANGE THAT FOR GUEST SAFETY PLEASE !! Staff were great however and very friendly.

  Stayed here for a few nights while on tour in Rotorua great place with your own hot tub nice rooms good beds very clean

  This is a shell of it's former self. It has deteriated substantially. Requires major over hauls and refurbishment. Cleanliness/housekeeping is extremely poor. Dusty inside, broken light switches, very dated carpets & grubby. I'M SO GLAD I DIDN'T BRING MY WIFE AND 2 YOUNG DAUGHTERS TO STAY. IT POSES HEALTH RISKS !!

  pool facilities were dirty, room was booked for 4 but they only provided beds for 3. It was alright Friendly staff though!
