Price for area was okay. However towels were old. The bathrooms not cleaned properly. The carpet needs replacing.

The room we got was pretty dingie, fully furnished but you could definitely tell it was very lived in.

The private spa that came with the room was a definite highlight with space for 2 or 3 comfortably, well priced for what we got nd the fact the we booked it quite last minute

Courteous owners, motel unit clean, lovely & quiet off the main street away from the hustle & bustle. Added bonus had a private spa pool attached to back of unit

Rooms need cleaning. TV has only 5 Sky channels, none of nz channels are avaliable. No shampoos, just basic body lotion fixed on the wall. Spa was dirty and ususable.

Owner charged us before we checked in when it clearly stated via the online booking system that it wasn't how the booking system worked. Rooms average, needing some maintenance.

Booked and paid for 2 nights but only stayed for one, 2 cockroaches in my room, dated dusty décor and cold rooms at night. Need I say more. The person that runs the place doesn't seem that passionate about offering a great place to stay. Redeeming quality was that he did repay my second night accommodation. My advice to owner - update your linen including your pillows, when customers complain listen and don't get defensive it takes a lot for a person to cancel their second night accommodation, lastly spring clean your facility using carpet steam cleaning and deodorisers.
