Tidy and presentable, spacious rooms and large private spa off the bathroom. Handy to city and all attractions. Comfortable large bed. try to book a downstairs unit otherwise you'll be carrying bags upstairs. There is quite a steep driveway entry/exit onto a busy road. Tight car parks, but I'd stay here again. Reasonable rates for the facilities.

Poor customer service especially from manager on (actually just plain rude) and poor handling of any concerns raised by customers.
by the way, if you have already booked to stay here please take some of your own toilet paper and towels - as the hygiene level is poor and lack of toilet rolls even when requested.response / report this review -

DON'T GO HERE! IT RUIENS OUR ONE NIGHT HOLIDAY IN ROTORUA!
Everything seemed ok at this place until the time to go to sleep and realized there was no clean fresh sheets on the bed (the sheets had not been changed from previous guests)
This was completely unexceptable and unclean!
Not only was there hair in the sheets but also blood stain on the pillow case of one of the pillows.
This happened at midnight they came to put new sheets on but did not give money back or compensate us for this issue.
This place is not properly managed if the sheets are not changed after each guest! Absolutely disgusting!
We were in dilemma about towel that we used on our arrival,and so worried about the hygiene!
Imagine any health issues can be accured if the cleaning rules are not followed!!!!!!!!!
There was other issues such as not enough toilet paper,and lake of tea and coffee for 3 people in the room!response / report this review -

Amazing! Comfy, warm, clean, tidy. fully contained but we also got a complimentary breakfast each which was well big enough for my 6ft 6 husband. The private spa pool was a bonus and although it took an hour to fill, it was lovely to not be in a chlorinated pool.. The owners/staff were wonderful and helpful and the pricing was top notch. Definitely will be back again if we are up this way. A++++++++++
