The best cattery in Christchurch by far. Mel and Roger are such a pleasure to deal with, and always go above and beyond! My Mainecoon won't go anywhere else. I can't recommend them enough!!

Early this year I placed my 5 month old bengal kitten into the Riverside Cattery while I went away on a week holiday. My fur baby means the world to me so needless to say I was abit apprehensive with leaving him behind. I went to inspect Riverside Cattery and was warmly greeted by Mel (the owner) my fears soon faded away and I just knew that my baby would be just fine here. The layout of the cattery, the cleanliness and the calm aura both from the guests (cats) and the host was enough to sell me! My baby stayed in the Jungle room which was brilliant. Plenty of space to roam around, play and be himself! I have no hesitations in recommending Riverside Cattery and will be making my future bookings here for 2010. This time dropping off 4 cats!!! This place is definitely a home away from home.
