I had a great experience here. The staff were shy but very friendly, and the other guests were courteous and fun. Kitchen was small but well equipped. Hammocks in the back were phenomenal after a long day!

I had a really bad experience in this hostal, when i enter the room it was smelling like weed or tabaco, and my matress was turn around so the estructural part of it (metal) hurt my back all night , when i ask for explanation in the morning no even the staff was able to understand it, and the manager didn't offer me compensation for me not been able to sleep all night, instead offer me to check out if i was unhappy with what she offer. So rude, no sense of what it is giving a minimum service.

Only writing this because I've been to other backpackers in the same price range and realise how amazing this one is! It's clean, has free wifi (easily connected, fast and without catch which cannot be taken as granted in other places), and with personal power point for EACH BED!!! Absolutely love everything about it!

Everything you could want out of a hostel. I met amazing people here from a variety of places, the vibe is really friendly, it's clean, the beds are comfortable, the bathrooms work well, the backyard area is nice when it's sunny, and it's walking distance to most places. Definitley recommend it!!

Great hostel, small (only 37 beds) and friendly. Nice staff. You ll have plenty of free things like free towel, free WiFi, free herbs and condiments for cooking, etc. There is a free BBQ on Saturday night, don't miss it. The supermarket is quite far away (20 min walk) but it's OK. The city center only is only at 10-15 min walk. One of my best place for sleeping in chch.

Lovely hostel. Stayed in a double room.has everything you need including friendly staff, a well stocked kitchen, a garden with bbq and FREE WIFI!!!
