Great service, great value, the team were proactive in helping us what we needed, not just selling the first thing on the lot and the team from both Ilam and Miles Toyota went the extra mile to find the vehicle we were after, the process of test driving the options and models was given to us without hesitation, nothing was a problem, the reasons we buy continue to buy Toyotas was renforced, looking forward to another five years problem free motoring!!!!! Thanks guys.

I am in the market for a new car. This afternoon I visited your car yard - I walked around looking at several cars. A guy in a suit came out of the showroom talking to a guy he had been talking to in his office. I continued to look at cars while this gentleman continued his conversation. I eventually left - not great service

Tracy was nothing short of amazing..helpful friendly and honestly couldnt do enough for us..Ben also couldnt have been more helpful..cannot recommend this amazing car dealership enough..awesome !!!!

November 28th I walked into Ilam Toyota to have a look at a 2014 Toyota Yaris. First impressions were great! John showed us the Yaris and invited us to take it for a test drive. My partner drove the car and was impressed, I was still non committal until I got behind the wheel.
Wow, was what I thought and right there and then I decided to say goodbye to my Swift.
John was brilliant and gave me a good trade for the swift. He introduced us to the finance guy Andrew and we got the ball rolling!
November 29th we walked into the dealership and got cappuccinos made for us and nice biscuits. Finance was approved and I handed over the keys to the swift, and got the keys for the Yaris. John even rang me at work a couple of days later to see how I liked the car and was everything alright.
The team at Ilam Toyota made everything possible, made it all painless as well. Got a free Toyota pen too!

Hi I recently took my Corolla to Ilam Toyota to have Dura-Seal paint protection applied, also ordered rear mud flaps. As I was from out of town Ilam gave me a loan vechicle to use while my car was worked on, this was awesome service, very friendly staff. When my car was ready I received a Dura-Seal car care package which was a wonderful surprise. My mud flaps arrived today, and were so easy to install, I received regular updates regarding my mud flaps, as they were coming from Japan, and Ilam Dura-Sealed them for me. Dura-Seal coating is awesome.
