Awesome groomer, awesome staff and awesome location with great products. The vet was really nice. 15 min free geriatric consultation for pets. Awesome service. Love it.

Very small Rabbit/guinea pig enclosures , even compared to other stores. I know caging is only temporary but they had 3x bunnies in one enclosure which was much less than 1mx1m. good range of products however. Products are overpriced and their website seems to always display prices wrongly. Will have the sale price higher than the normal price very often online. They should look into fixing this as it is confusing and also makes you not want to buy sale items lol. staff were friendly but possibly a bit over friendly. only spent about 10 mins instore but was asked "do you want help" by at least 3 different people. good to see staff are trying but maybe work on a different approach and communicate between eachother as we started to feel pushed into buying something or leaving.

great selection but insanely overpriced compared to even stores in the same area. The "sale" price for a dog collar recently was 10$ more expensive than the regular price for it in the pet store in johnsonville which is about 5 kms away. Food also more expensive than other places. The only reason to come here is convenience and range, and if you really don't mind paying extra just because you're shopping here. cool looking store and nice that you can take your pets in though.

We received the best vet customer care from Jonathan :) He is very kind and knows what he's doing! Definitely willing to go back if my cats are sick again. Highly recommended isn't good enough :)
