  Excellent service which started when I booked our appointment. I was on a tight time frame and they were so accommodating. We were warmly welcomed on arrival and nothing was too much trouble. I felt the staff went above and beyond to help us. We received extremely prompt results which answered all our questions with options going forward. Nothing felt like too much trouble nor did I feel our appointment was rushed. Keep up the good work team, very impressive all round.

  Amazing service from start to finish. The Reception staff were very helpful when booking my appointment and Melissa the vet we saw went above and beyond to ensure my fur baby felt comfortable and at ease during the consultation. I am so happy I have found a vet that is so caring, passionate and knowledgeable. A great all round experience, thank you Pet Doctors Botany!

  Changed vets recently to Pet Doctors Botany and was happy with their service. Due to current Covid restrictions I was unable to go inside with my cat for the consultation but they made sure they let me know what they would be doing at the check up without having to ask and also briefed me afterwards. Clinic also had a little perch to put up your cat's carrier to give him/her a dominant view. Friendly staff, overall good experience.

  Pet Doctors Botany are wonderful. The service starts as soon as you make an appointment. Receptionist is friendly and will book in a time that suits. Vet nurse always helpful explaining everything and as for the vets again explain everything and taking time . I take both my cat and dog to pet doctors and wouldn’t go anywhere else. I always walk away knowing that they have my pets welfare as priority. Again a big Thankyou from Sue Ruby and Yoda ❤️😀😻🐶

  I've been bringing my hairy baby Muni to this clinic since he was 8 weeks old. He recently experienced several painful episodes for over 2 weeks (close to his 9th birthday). Whilst seeing your baby in pain is devastating enough, it didn't help that his tests showed unpleasant results. Throughout this ordeal, the team at Pet Doctors were exceptional in their care towards my baby. Accommodated my last minute request. Provided the best care during and after our visits. Sue always kept me in the loop. And Deepti comforting me when it was getting too much to deal with. The rat bag is now back to his old tricks of growling & pigging for food and running around like a spring chicken - thanks to Pet Doctors Botany.
