Really friendly staff and a big selection on the yard, and was looking forward to a great experience based on previous reviews. We had an Raum brought up from the other yard to test drive. Drove it up the motorway then the car stopped on the motorway by itself. And it wouldn't start again. I managed to get a lift from a fellow motorists to the car yard. A young guy from the yard came up with a jumpstarter, but it seemed the electrics were haywire as the battery wasn't flat, it just wouldn't start, and they had to leave it there to be towed and drive us back to the yard. The sort of test drive experience I'd expect from a dodgy TradeMe listing, not a reputable dealer. I can't comprehend how a car in that condition could be listed. Certainly a memorable morning.

Easy and causal way of purchasing a new car! Dean is super easy and cool to talk to and looks after you. Any issues I had Dean got it sorted no questions asked! Kate is amazing with her work and knowledge with finance and can answer all your questions you don’t know! She helped me make a informed decision and I can’t believe how easy that was. Julian in the workshop is great as well and helpful with mechanical things. I’d come back here in a few years for my next car purchase because these guys are that good!

Handsdown best car dealership you could ever purchase a vehicle from!!

I was dealing with Dean and he got me the best deal for a Mazda Demio 2014 sport model. He even gave me a brand-new tires.

I seriously cannot recommend them enough they are honest and humble people that are focused on the customer and making sure that you are happy and get a great experience when purchasing a car.

One of the worst companies I have dealt with. They say whatever they have to. So that you will buy the car then don’t follow through with promises then when you question why they ignore you then pass it on to the “operations manager” who is a joke and doesn’t even reply. I had to threaten to go to Motor Vehicle Disputes Tribunal just to get a reply and then finally get poor service and communication from the owner Paul. They more interested in the camper vans now as according to them they make more money so beware if you are looking at buying a car from them!!!

What a good bunch they are. All of them. However I delt with Thane over the purchase. Personally I found them to be honest and helpful. It was a pleasant experience dealing with them. I did get a independent AA pre inspection the result was Good Car.

if anyone is thinking of buying a car from these people dont

the sell cars that they know has problems and the fix them just enough to last a few months. once youve bought it they dont care.. take the red peugeot 207 gti for instance.. they tried to sell it off through turners saying it had no faults. the car didnt even make it home it had so many problems. then they tried to sell it on there website knowing it still had the problems but they didnt care. everytime i tried to see proof the car had been fixed properly they just said sorry that car is sold and yet the next week its back up on the site again.. please dont buy a car from 0800 best deal
