A few minutes walk from central Dunedin. Clean, comfortable and luxurious. Staff are very welcoming and helpful. I have stayed here at the of a few bicycle tours and the staff let me use the garage, tools and cleaning gear to sort my bike out. Highly recommended and I will continue to return.

Nice enough property but studios are very pokey and poorly ventilated. Checking in to a room with second hand curry smells is not my idea of a good start. Finding rings on an "unused" coffee mug - also not a good start.Housemaids wheeling a trolly across the carpark then chatting outside your window early in the morning - also not appreciated. The rate was ok - you get what you pay for I guess.
