Interesting building, converted from a monastery. Very comfortable and very close to town while keeping quite peaceful. Friendly and helpful hosts. This is our second stay.

Very nice place to stay in Dunedin. Close to town. Walkable. Friendly staff and they have a good continental breakfast to get your day started.
