  Having just spent 5 nights with the new host Steve at Grandview B&B in Dunedin I must say it was a very wonderful stay I am a older man 87yo and Steve treated me like I was family.
  Hospitality is the best word to describe my stay with Steve at Grandview in Dunedin.
  not only did his lovely lady Irene do my laundry for me but I was even dropped off at my bus as part of the service.
  Next time I come to visit the University I will be staying again at Grandview it has great rooms great views and wonderful helpful owners.

  Grandview Bed & Breakfast is now under NEW OWNERSHIP as of 1st July 2013
  Steve is your host he has many years experiance in hospitality and is a world traveller himself if you loved GRANDVIEW B&B before you will love it even more now!

  Spectacular views, lovely warm building, hosts go out of there way for you, free Wi-Fi & breakfast, nice to have guest laundry & kitchen available. Well done Grandview.

  The son is a great guy who'll do anything for you. The mother, who it appears will be running things from now on is unpleasant & snooty. Shame
