  The amenities were absolutely fine, and initially so were the services. We had actually arrived late in the evening and had been driving around looking for a hotel - and subsequently found this place.
  
  The problem occurred the next morning when the room phone kept ringing. It was the management telling us we were past the checkout time and to leave. We asked for a bit of lee-way as we did arrive quite late, but the management were rude and indifferent, and threatened us with an extra charge if we did not checkout ASAP.
  
  Come on guys this is Rotorua.. which represents the heart of tourism in New Zealand!

  Just wanted to say thanks to Toni and the team. We wanted to cancel at the last minute due to the storm. They managed to resell the room so no charge for us. Were kind enough to let ring back and let me know as well. Appreciate it. Recommend will def rebook when we can get there. Thanks Sandy.

  We had a miscommunication about our dates. Glenn and Toni were really helpful and found us accomodation. I will be sure to go back to Palm Court in Rotorua just because of the rare gems they really are. Thank you.

  What a splendid place run by great hosts, I would thoroughly recommend anyone to come here, the amenities were excellent and the overall experience was better than can be expected. I travel to rotorua for vacations alot and I will only stay at Azure Palm court from now on.
