This place is absolutely stunning. The views out to the Poor Knights and beyond are moody and enchanting at this time of year (winter) It is under new ownership, the seem very lovely. The store they have on site is very well stocked. Highly reccomned a winter get away to this amazing spot.

Beautiful location and a wonderful getaway. The hospitality and kindness the hosts bestowed upon us was just what we needed on our first stop of our honeymoon in New Zealand. The room was clean, comfortable and the amenities were wonderful. We enjoyed the two private beaches, pool, and spa area. We also had an amazing view from our room overlooking the ocean and hills.

I have ogled over this place online but it is totally out of my budget. It looks like paradise and I hope to one day be fortunate enough to stay there. I check it out every time I travel to Whangarei just because it's always niggling at me. The reviews are great, and so are the pics and set up of the accommodation. Wishful thinking, fingers crossed I get to stay there one day. 🙏

This motel is located on a headland above the harbour and the ocean. We had an ocean view stunning outlook. The rooms were very clean and maintained to a high standard as were the grounds. Staff was friendly although expect to buy addition tea/coffee supplies if you get through those in the room. Good facilities with pool, tennis courts spa pools and own private beach with a swim platform. Will be returning as fantastic location to explore the area.

Completely peace, which I found here. Best views of natural beauty of up north. The other activities such as swimming pool hot water bath as well as indoor game unit is must to explore. The service was s up to the mark. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I will surely plan my next holiday here.

This place was awesome! Definitely reccomend. The staff are friendly and ate willingly ready to help in any way. Our place we stayed in had everything we needed and more. Definitely coming with the kids as it's so kid friendly. Can't wait for our next stay!

what a amazing place. the views are some of the best new Zealand has to offer. Quiet. calm and just a awesome place to stop and unwind. it has everything you can ask for in a place that is cheep and so relaxing. if you need to get away for a bit this is the place you will not want to miss out on. the fishing is awesome and the BBQ spot to cook them on is second to none

Lit place👍 Go there about 2 times a year and it’s always worth it. Great view and good WIFI. They have free Wifi that’s unlimited and fast📲Definitely going to come back here again🌄

Very relaxing and the views from the apartments are spectacular! Lovely maintained grounds with pool/spa, tennis courts, activity/tv room and modern apartments with full kitchen (includes dishdraw!).
