They have a serious management issue. Room was OK, but staff doesn't know what they are supposed to do. It was school holiday so my deal had welcome bag for my kids, but staff didn't know what was about and that night my 7-year-old daughter asked them for popcorn and they gave her popcorn and charged to my room without my permission furthermore, when I checked out they overcharged popcorn and the staff was so rude!
Would not recommend at all!

Great location and friendly staff. Great choices for breakfast however dinner menu looked a bit basic so chose not to eat at the restaurant. Room that I had was clean and tidy and had all basic needs covered (tv,tea & coffee, refrigerator etc) although the bathroom could do with a refresh. The room that i had also had indoor seating with access to a sheard deck that looks out to an amazing view. I would be more than happy to stay again.

Had a confrence here recently the food was awesome as was the service one staff member Nikhil went above and beyond many times he also made sure our drinks were always full and always with a big smile on his face. Emma was also very helpfull.

Rooms need refreshing. Sink leaked, no heater in room. Sky TV on the Fritz. They take a $200 bond on your credit card and take up to 5 working days to refund it. Staff very friendly and helpful. Pool area is amazing. Restaurant very nice. Beautiful views of the bay.

Stunning location and in its day certainly a nice hotel. But it's old. Water pipes are noisy. Furniture worn and the shower wasn't much more then a trickle. Wonder how you'd fill a bath with that.

Breakfast buffet was mediocre with very bad coffee.

General cleanliness could be improved.
Dated. Customer service poor. No A/C. Beds uncomfortable. Shower is poor. Great locale. Basics could be improved. $139/per night would be a fair price

Big pool area with a cute little spa. Rooms are a little small but fine, we stayed in a family room with 2 people and found it pretty good, dunno about a actual family however. The room was humid hot entering during the day and night. However, good location with plenty to do around!

The swimming pool is an absolute child's dream come true, tropical pool! It's very big, with lots of little nooks and hidden pools, a little cave behind a large waterfall, numerous smaller Waterfalls, rocks to clamber over, Palm trees, large hot tub, all over looking the beach and stunning islands. The hotel itself is large with several wings. We were in a perfectly decent family room, bunk bed plus double. Little fridge and kettle - all a family needs. Each room in our wing, opens onto a little veranda with chairs, backing onto the park-like grounds, with numerous birds and even rabbits. The veranda gives the room extra space that you sometimes need as a family, with the green right in front of the rooms where the kids can wander. The Treaty grounds are just 100m up the road and the seafront is all around the hotel providing great walks. If you are looking for a base to explore the stunning area or somewhere to relax by the pool while the kids are entertained by the amazing pool all day long, I couldn't recommend this highly enough. Best value for money we have found in a New Zealand hotel/ accommodation.
