Fantastic location with wonderful views on the beach. Campground is extremely well maintained. Amenities look fairly new. Hot showers are a blessing for tent campers. Highly recommend

Plenty of space, great toilet and shower facilities, lovely native plantings and just over the dunes to the fantastic beach. The staff are very amenable and friendly. Totally recommend.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff on site. Clean pit toilets and shower facilities. Free cold showers or $2 for a short hot shower. Beautiful beachside campground and a close drive to the Waipu Caves.

A nice spacious campground, important that it is close to the sea. From the beach you can catch fish and crabs.

Great place. Just to close to the road. If you want a spot with less noise you have to cramp up with all other campers close to the sea. Nonetheless a great spot!! Clean new longdrop toilets, free unheated showers, $2 heated showers.

Really great DOC camp, close to the main road and the beach depending on where you set up your camp. Only issue encountered was when camping at the back of a block you can end up having fun trying to drive between the sites.
