  Come on a Wednesday for their deal for the Chicken Waffles. Beautifully cooked and seasoned with a selection of delectably diverse sauces to go alongside it. The milkshakes are a little pricey but they're absolutely worth it. Super chilled out atmosphere and very friendly staff

  Just OK. The waffle stack was a bit disappointing with soggy and cold curly fries, less fried chicken than a standard chicken and waffles (which wasn't much either), one small piece of pork and two small bits of bacon. It looked impressive, but tasted otherwise. Other items tried spanned across the menu but none were amazing. Considering the hype we were reasonably unimpressed. It was busy, so obviously some people like it, but we wouldn't go back in a hurry.

  Favourite dish was the ribs nice and crispy be good if more than 1 bowl of water to rinse fingers for 5 people and only given one 1litre bottle of water. Live band soothing to the ears. Otherwise not a bad place for quick dine in and out.

  Love the chicken waffle here and the pork belly. Reasonable pricing and good array of menu. I believe they have a live band at night as well.

  This is a great place to come when you want to unwind and just enjoy good company. Try the waffles they are scrumptious! Friendly service with a smile. Cool atmosphere, warm, inviting and friendly.

  Cool funky spot with live music and a busy vibe. The food here is best described as Americana, not necessarily New Orleans but a mix of cosy comfy classics like chicken and waffles and pho' boys. They do an interesting grilled potato salad and the barbecued flank steak was delicious.
  
  Staff are super chatty and despite the dreaded, "do you mind if I sit down while I take your order" otherwise we couldn't fault their service.
  
  Prices for the food are more than reasonable, serving sizes are decent and flavours are exciting and interesting. The live band later in the evening is a bonus.
  
  Pays to book Fridays and Saturdays as they get busy.

  Love this place! Great food, drinks and music! Highly recommend the $8 waffle wednesday & get a monster shake to go with it. If you have a small stomach then go for a delicious lemon ice tea

  This place had amazing food. We were not disappointed. Definitely worth the money. There was a Live band which made the evening even more memorable. I would high recommend this place!

  Amazing atmosphere - Food is simply great, must try their ribs. I get them almost every time and have never been disappointed. Live music on most nights which in itself is worth going. Without a doubt my favourite joint in Auckland!!

  If I'm in town, I have to stop at Orleans.
  
  The place has an atmosphere like no other joint I've been to.
  
  There's usually a band playing in the corner, the waiters are efficient and get your order to you quickly.
  
  They have a good range of American food freshly cooked out back and their cocktails are damn addictive. Get a jug, you won't be disappointed.
  
  This place gets really busy so if your looking to do a group thing like a birthday, call em up and reserve a table.
