Craig and Jimmy have helped us install a new gas connection, replaced our hot water cylinder with a new gas system, installed our gas oven, replaced tapware and shower fittings and helped with some good advice around the water pressure in our new home. Really appreciated all the extra advice as we upgrade an older house to suit more modern fittings. Communication has been fast, they are reliable and friendly to deal with, always arrive on time and do a good quality job.

Thanks to Jimmy for sorting out my tap mixers. I was very impressed with his service, attitude and workmanship. His communication was excellent - he called ahead about 20 mins before the scheduled booking to say he was on his way - he was very prompt, he took his shoes off at the entrance and he was very politely-spoken. I was there when Jimmy arrived and we left together; he was there for 45 minutes but I have been charged for 1.5 hours. Needless to say unless there is a refund coming my way, I will not use Mr Pipes again.
