It is always a hard decision to choose a real estate agent to sell your property, it is such a large amount of money, for us it was our largest transaction to date. Having sold a few houses over the years we have experienced a few different agents and agencies with differing results, so to sell our recent house in Birkenhead we really took our time and interviewed a few agents to ensure we got the right person.
From start to finish, Chris was professional, personable, honest, and definitely the right choice. He listened to our concerns throughout the process, gave us some extra tips and tricks that we hadn’t thought of and prepped us well for the process.
In the end the result spoke for itself, the campaign was extremely successful, we sold at the perfect time, got the right price, and the sale went through extremely smoothly.
