I worked at this pharmacy as a teenager, then have gone on to have complicated health issues myself and in my family. The team at this pharmacy are friendly, honest and knowledgeable. The staff have all changed since I worked there, but I am always greeted warmly and checked on with my complicated medication needs. They work well and closely with my GP next door, and I used the packaging facility for years too to have my medications dispensed into packets to make them easier to keep track of. All the services I could need from a pharmacy are here, I wanted to add a review as I saw some bad ones without much context.

Owner of the pharmacy is incredibly rude with no customer service skills. The staff are really friendly and kind, I had an appalling experience with the owner or dispensary manager. I would not recommend getting your prescription medication from this pharmacy.

It would be nice if the message on the telephone said you closed at 1.30 on a Saturday instead of asking you to hold .

I have always been very impressed with this Chemist.
However closing early on a Saturday when you say you are open until 2 pm is very irresponsible of a Chemist who dispenses drugs.response / report this review -
