Waited less than an hour to have my keys cut! They went to the location of my car and had already had the key cut when I got there. So friendly & so fast! 10/10 would recommend.

Keytronics team is fully professional and extremely knowledgeable.. Genuine price for service. Also task done in the specific given timeframe. Plus point is location, where you can wait freely.. Overall A+.Great customer service.

Th shop location is perfect while waiting for your job done.
You can spend time in countdown for buy your household stuff and have some fast food there.
I always go to keytronics even its far from my home but you can easily reach there by motarway and heaps of parking thereresponse / report this review -

Fantastic service! Came same-day sorted out our problems with a car that had no battery and no key. Couldn't be better. Given different options to get it mobile. And, the price was great!

Took my original car key along with a blank that they had to cut. The chap looked at my keys and the blank and said yep it’ll take 10 mins. 10 mins later he had cut into one side of my key and then informed me that it wasn’t the correct “thickness” and he couldn’t cut it? So now I have a useless blank which is incorrectly cut. He proceeded to tell me that I had purchased the wrong key? When asked why’d you say it would work in the first place and why did you cut one side? he said he assumed it was the correct one? Not very professional. Buyer beware.

Avi was nice and courteous and took a minute to diagnose the switch on my transponder key. He advised it would take 10-15 mins to fix and was a reasonable price.
I returned 10 mins later and was on my way quick smart. He also offered a good deal on a spare one! Great service- highly recommend!response / report this review -

Great Service! Had lost my car keys and was stuck in a slightly shady area of town. One call and Avi came as soon as possible, within 25 minutes I was on my way back home again! So quick and affordable. Thank you!! Will definitely be recommending to my friends!! :)

What an disappointing service. He broke my key while fixing it. I went back to ask why the key case is loose. As expected the person said "Oh you have to have a new case for it". I wouldn't pay for other fault if was caused by the shop keeper. What a loser.. not doing their job properly and ripping off money off customers. Should it have a --0 stars ??????
Should have done the job correctly in the first place. bloody $20 for a $1 battery.

these guys do not have a clue tried to charge me 4 times the price of another locksmith after wasting my time for 40 minutes told me they had done it wrong and would be another 40 minutes , went to alert locksmiths done in 5 minutes very professional and very cheap

I got my car lock done 3 weeks ago to find it wasn't functioning again today. I visited the store and explained the lock wasn't working again. The "manager" said that he will charge me again to have a look it. I advised him that there shouldn't be a charge as he didn't do hiso job properly the 1st time. His response to a paying customer was foul, rude, and disgusting. He swore at me and said he will call the cops if I didn't leave. I have never been treated like this before and I am beyond shocked by the customer service. The situation could have been handled much more professionally instead of swearing at me for no reason. Absolutely unprofessional behavior.
