  I dropped of my MacBook last week on Thursday to get prices on repair. I walk in today and my MacBook hadn't been touched! Terrible because I needed it fixed before I go overseas on holiday! Now Ive had to rush to another computer repairer to this done urgently at extra cost. Not happy at all. What was worse is that after I explained the time urgency, I was told oh the guy who fixes it will be here tomorrow.. smh

  Watch out! These guys sell me a second hand laptop after not being able to fix mine and then tell me my hard drive also had nothing on it. I have the hard drive tested else where and it has family photos including kids on it as well as documents that belong to a family that live in Aotea Porirua, not me. WHERE IS MY HARD DRIVE?

  i found them very helpful and honest and they do a good job. i also understand that they have had a change of staff. went into see them on thursday about my pc and took it in on friday and they fixed my problem for me and it only cost 20dollars and they were working on it for an hour

  Great service, Business running again.
  If it wasn't for Technician Point our business would still be waiting to be up and running with our old IT support team,
  Prompt, Easy and very good prices to get our office running again, They even cleaned the system of Malware that our antivirus protection didn't even know we had.
  Great work guys, hope to be seeing you again soon!
