  We had done a lot of research when looking to appoint an agent and had shortlisted some of the best performers in the area. We chose to go with Lane due to how clear and honest he was with us. There was no hint of him just telling us what we wanted to hear, instead he gave advice based on his experience and sound reasoning. All the way through the process from the initial call to after sale service, he was attentive, professional and driven. One of the things you want when you are selling your house is good communication and Lane was always pro active and available at all times.
  The property went on the market on Monday and by Wednesday we had a pre auction offer at the top end of his initial valuation. We sold the property by Friday and we were delighted with the result.
  It was such a relief to have sold the property so quickly and with such ease, this allowed to focus on our move overseas.
  Lane, Jill and the team at Mike Pero were wonderful to work with from the start to the finish and we wholeheartedly recommend them.

  Sold with Lane Sanger - Mike Pero Orewa
  After having contacted 3 agents, we decided to use Lane to market and sell our property. We were almost ready to list the property, when Auckland went into Level 4 lockdown. This delayed the progress, but once we were in Level 3 it was easier and he was able to list and market the property. Lane was very helpful prior to listing, with advice, staging etc. His communication throughout the process has been extremely good and very prompt. Due to Level 3 lockdown the auction was held online and we must say, we were a bit disappointed and apprehensive about the pending outcome. We needn't have been, as the auction ran smoothly and a great result was achieved. So far everything is on track for settlement. We highly recommend Lane and the team at Mike Pero - Orewa for your property needs in the area.

  Lane has an excellent reputation in the region and I’ve been diligently tracking Lane Sanger’s track record/performance closely all these years as I want to use only the best when it’s time for me to sell. And indeed it was the best decision having Lane and his team market my property for me.
  
  With his experience and knowledge of the region, he knows what type of buyers in the market would be interested in my property and what’s their budget looking for such properties, hence he was able to provide me a realistic valuation. He secured a pre-auction offer from the best buyer in the market within 4 days after the first open home which completely caught me off guard!
  
  Lane and his team are always eager to answer every question I have throughout the whole selling process, they go beyond to assist with any request to ensure the property sale is a win-win for both the vendor and buyer, and the best stress free selling experience I ever had because they simply shouldered every issue for me and have my back even after settlement.

  Fantastic Service
  We were very happy with the service provided from Lane, his experience and knowledge of the market was 100%. His communication excellent and nothing was a problem. Lane worked hard and was very accommodating with our family needs during the selling process. We were very worried about the open homes and visits but Lane worked with us and made the whole process a breeze – which we really appreciated.
