When you are selling your mother's property you need to know that it is in good hands and that you can trust the Real Estate agents. Mike Pero Real Estate and Aaron and Sonya Telfar did an outstanding job. They easily outshone the other big players that I initially interviewed when I was selecting a Real Estate agent. Friendly, professional and made the selling of the house almost a fun job. Aaron & Sonya went over and above to support us to sell our unit in Auckland. Right from the start Aaron lent us tools and gear to help tidy the property. Living in the South Island meant we had decided to sell knowing there was more work to be done. Once when we realised that we had to do some of this work to make it easier to sell, Aaron found the trades people and made himself available to open up and also to ensure the work got done. We would have had to spend more time ourselves in Auckland and trying to find people to do the work if we had not had the support.
We can't also couldn't have asked for better communication. Thank you Aaron & Sonya, we couldn't have asked for more!
