  I am still on cloud 9 with the sale price and the quick and easy process.
  
  From when we first met both of you have been very professional,helpful and a pleasure to deal with.
  
  Two things in particular are the patience you showed with the drawn out process of my tenant moving out and then the house being readied for selling,and also the great suggestions that you made to improve the value.

  What can I say about this lovely couple, Peter & Edita? From wo to go the journey was a pleasure! The minute I met these hardworking people we became a team and I felt completely supported throughout. The advice I received was second to none and helped me to sell quickly and at a price I am so happy with. They were always available to me with their sage professionalism and a smile. I would not hesitate to engage them myself again. I would strongly recommend Peter and Edita as the experience I received was EXCELLENT. Life changing!

  Peter and Edita provided an excellent service when selling my house.
  They discussed with me a strategy with a quick turn around which I was a little apprehensive about but it turned out to be spot on.
  When communicating they were straight to the point and always listened to my concerns.
  Despite having the house on the market during a Lock down in Auckland, they stuck to their original plan and still managed to get me a better price then expected in auction.
  I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend their services to anyone selling a home. Thanks again for your great work.

  If you want a personal touch and just all round nice people, but two go getters that turn into sharks when things need to be done, Peter and Edita are your agents. These guys know what they’re doing, have resources that can really help when things need to get done at a short notice and are simply good people in general.
