I can’t tell you what the cruise was like because they stood my wife and I up leaving an hour before our booked time. Their lame excuse was that the boat wasn’t full so they changed the time without notifying us.

VERY DISAPPOINTING, PAID $150 FOR MYSELF OUR BABY AND MY WIFE TO CELEBRATE HER BIRTHDAY. THE TRIP TOOK 1 HOUR AND THE BUFFET CONSISTED OF MEAT PATTIES, PRE COOKED SAUSAGES CUT IN HALF AND PORK RIBS. WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY, NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED.😠😠😠

Not spectacular, but still a fun way to waste some time and learn a few things about Rotorua.

Food was pretty good. The skipper and staff were really friendly, unfortunately due to the weather we were unable to leave the warf. Maybe next time.

The food looked great and tasted ok. The trip was relatively smooth too but felt rushed. The plates and cutlery were very dirty, some having sauce and other stuff on it which was a big let down despite everything else being good.

We had a wonderful night celebrating my 70th birthday recently. The food was fantastic and there was plenty of it. The staff went to great lengths to ensure we had a good night. We will certainly be back, thank you.

Went on this cruise early on in the day and had an easy enough time getting on the boat and finding a place to sit. The next cruise however had a huge amount of tourists waiting to get on board so make sure you ask how busy your session is.

Has a buffet lunch on offer but it's not the most amazing food. You either have pasta salad or some reheated chicken drumsticks.

The entertainment on offer is excellent however with traditional maori dance and singing on offer. You have an opportunity to get involved as well and you definitely should.
