waited for about 2 1/2 hours to go white water rafting while the bus picked up other people up that werent ready, wasnt told how long we would be waiting so got pretty hangry, guide was average

The trip up Mt. Tarawera was magical. Our guide Kayley, we informative, took good care of us and was a delight to have as a guide. This trip is unique and a 'must do' when in Rotorua. Thank you Kaitiaki!
