  This was by far the worst meal I've ever had while dining out. I ordered Gnocchi Arabbiata, which came overcooked with literally just a tin of chopped tomatoes over the top as a sauce. My girlfriend ordered a lasagne type dish which was burnt around the edge from the microwave, yet hard in the centre. The lasagne was extremely dry so she ended up sharing some of my tinned tomatoes to go with it.
  
  This would be more acceptable if the prices weren't towards the upper end for a better than average Italian restaurant.
  
  We were one of 2 tables being served at a lunchtime (I'm not surprised there weren't more people there) and yet the food still took much longer than expected to arrive. No-one came to check on us during our meal, our 'chilled' drinks were warm, and after we were finished we didn't realise we had to pay at the bar (no-one had told us, and we didn't notice the sign at first), and so just sat waiting impatiently for roughly 30 mins or so without our table being cleared.

  I have been here twice once when i younger and again a few weeks ago. Both times my food has been served cold, they offered to microwave it would not recommend

  Ended up spending 90 minutes here at a reserved table with some work colleagues. Just had mains, food is pretty nice but I feel like we were waiting a little too long for the service. 🇮🇹

  Staff are nice. Unfortunately the rest was pretty average. I was there for about an hour, took 40mins for food to arrive after ordering and when it got to me it was cold, must have been sitting there for a while Was running late for a film, so didn't bother asking to get it reheated. Wasnt overly busy, plenty of staff cruising around..

  We went for dinner on a quiet Monday night as a couple and we were seated at an uncleared table at the front of the restaurant. We were asked if we would like drinks to start while the waiter cleared the glasses and plates from the table. The table was left unwiped and dirty with food. No menus nor the requested water were brought to the table. We sat and waited twenty minutes for service before finally walking out. Will definitely not be looking to return!

  Very negative!!
  Went on a quiet Tuesday night and walked out after 30 minutes without service not an ideal way to spend our 10th anniversary if I do say, thankfully LONE STAR have wonderful customer service.
