Dodgy food, shrivelled bacon and egg pie slice microwaved shrunk to tiny size, rubbery. Sore tummy now. Was told to memorise what I wanted to order as did splay cabinet is not near the ordering station. Strange set up. Surprised with the good reviews on here. D I give it one star no hesitation. My standards aren't set that high withe. Better off getting a ,,,$1 big Ben pie

Visiting Paeroa to do a trail ride to Te Aroha return today, we discovere L & P cafe opposite our meeting place at the Rotunda, Marshall Street. What a brilliant suprize. This cafe is big enough for cycling groups (we were 26 in total), excellent in service and real good food and coffee. Highly recommended!

Once, me and nana went to the L&P cafe, and I ran home. Mainly because I wanted to stay with dad. When mum and nana came home, they said I did a good job. I said "Why?". And mum said "The banana in my meal was rotten, and the coffee was vile." And I said "I'll write that on google"

This place took us by surprise. Amazing fish and chip servings! The three scoop ice cream was a great way to finish off the meal.

Stop here on the way to Tauranga - it was fabulous, loved the decor, the coffee was strong and very well made - they made the soy milk thick and creamy. The toastie was overflowing with cheese and ham- great value for $4.50! Highly recommended!

What they lack in great coffee and food, they make up for with great staff. (The coffee and food are pretty good But nothing special)

Very under staffed, no clean/clear tables!! They had the Worst iced mocha I have ever had! I couldn't taste coffee, was watery with a bit of whipped cream took 45mins to get our drinks then after 1 hour 15mins of waiting we decided to see if they had started cooking our lunch they had not yet started so we decided to cancel the order and get our tired grumpy 5 month old back into the car and pick up a sandwich to fill the gap after waiting nearly 1.5 for lunch and being mucked around it added a fair chunk of time to our travels . Safe to say we will never be going here again!

Drinks took at least 30 minutes to arrive and the food took the best part of an hour to arrive. Not to add the food was only two 'light meals'. The onion rings were 90% batter and 10% onion while the wedges had a ridiculous amount of cheese on them.
