  Good location and easy to find. Nice friendly staff to check you in and advise what bus you're booked onto. A few shops nearby for last minute items. Good wifi onboard and well managed. All you could want!

  Easy booking via internet, good prices, nice service, no toilets on the bus but there will be a busstop ( each 2 hour's), no food on the bus;

  Bus terminal was easy to find and close to Central Auckland. Very convenient location since it's close to public transportation. The bathrooms were really dirty though.
