We flew in late at night so elected to stay at the Novotel.
A first class hotel. New, clean and nicely furnished.
Airport noise is not an issue, didn't hear a single plane take off all night.
We didn't pick up our hire car till the next morning so I'm not sure how they do the car parking.
Breakfast was also very well done with a fully cooked buffet.
Staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Stayed at the Novotel, Auckland Airport for convenience as we had travelled up from Waikato and wanted to stay somewhere convenient to the airport prior to an overseas flight. Did not expect too much but "wow"! Was really impressed with the hotel, accommodation and the service received from all the staff and, its only two minutes from the terminal building. Despite this there was no noise from the planes and traffic outside. We had dinner in the hotel which was excellent. Thanks guys for an enjoyable stay, wish it had been for longer!!

A wonderful welcome to Novotel Auckland Airport. Upon arrival our request for a room facing the airport (so the children were able to watch the planes) was honored. Our room wasn't yet available but another one was provided so we didn't have to wait.
The room was just the right size with classy detailing and a well appointed bathroom/shower.
Easy check out at 5 am and we were on our way.
I would definitely stay here again as the proximity to the airport is excellent and the rooms are comfortable.

We were treated so kindly by all of the staff. We felt like VIPs. The room was beautiful and comfortable. The rain head shower felt amazing after a long flight. The breakfast buffet was delicious with so many options. We were so glad we came to stay here after our long haul flight with 2 small children. It is more expensive than other places, but the convenience, attention to detail and kindness of the staff made it completely worth the cost.

The hotel was modern in design, although I would not use the word chic. The restaurant was nice and the general atmosphere was positive and upbeat. The rooms were not large but they were large enough for a business traveller. The multi-plug receptacle was a nice touch and the desk layout was good for typing. The selection of TV channels was excellent. The daily rate was on the high side for an "airport" hotel and for this reason it is a business rather than a personal use hotel.

Great to find the hotel right by the terminal exit. The staff were very friendly and sorted us out quickly when the booking was entered for the wrong month. A beautiful and very comfortable room was still available despite that we were told the hotel was fully booked.
We booked for dinner and were presented with a five star meal.
The fast checkout was very efficient. We will certainly come back next time as our hotel of choice.

We had an issue initially in the restaurant. Having booked a week in advance and being assured that we had a table near the TV, we were shown to a table far away from the screen. However, the staff recognized what had happened and soon we were shown to table near the screen. In the end, it turned out all right, but the wait staff took a few moments to work out that our tables had been changed. No worries in the end. Good service overall. The rooms and bathrooms were fine.

Generally very comfortable and staff very friendly and helpful.
Service in the restaurant although late could have been proactive as there were plenty of staff around.
Small more snack type options were not available and we did not want large meals late at night.

Quick friendly checkin/checkout.
Staff are always very welcoming each time I return - this time I had to change hotel stay due to flight changes and they were very accommodating.
Great room - very clean and fresh. Very comfortable bed. Great shower.
Always enjoy my stay at Novotel Airport Auckland.

We stayed here because of its convenience to the airport. Did not like the hotel much. Our room was directly about the gym and we heard the noise from the treadmills, etc late into the evening. Rooms rather small for two people + luggage. We especially disliked the glass walls in the bathroom. No privacy while showering or using the toilet (the glass is opaque, not transparent, but one can see figures plainly enough.) Staff were indifferent at best.

Great service, room was well presented. Amazing bath tub and shower.
Plenty of space for all our luggage.
Reservations needed for hotel restaurant dinner but they do offer room service and a 24hr menu.
Situated opposite the international terminal it makes the early morning flights stress free. Don't worry about aeroplane noise either - didn't hear a thing.
