  Walls were thin, horrible bathrooms, unsafe parking lot and homeless man sitting outside door to parking. Not safe for children.

  Dirty, the place need serious hygiene cleaning, the bed we slept in had bed bug that gave us itchy bites for weeks. Price Steve exactly reasonable for what offer, I would highly recommend to go pay for a couple dollars more for other places, the only good redeeming qualities is that it's locate fairly close to Central Wellington.

  Warning, very poor service and dirty. They do not service your room just change your towels plus they charge for cleaning. If you are looking, I would sugest an actual motel that provides a proper service. Stayed in there 3 bedroom apartment with my family for 2 nights to watch the Sevens and ended up being billed for cleaning the rooms when we left. Outside the apartments were dirty and the service was horrible.

  We stayed at Harbour City Motor Inn rm38 for 2 nights with 8 people, it was split into 3 bedrooms, a living room and kitchen (cooking utensils were provide) . Unfortunately there was only the one set of bathroom facilities in the unit, on the upside though the toilet and shower were split. The unit assigned to us was one of the biggest with a large balcony that goes almost right around the building. Laundry services are $2/load and tumble drying comes at an extra cost of $1 or $2. Customer service was excellent and the inn is situated in really close to Cuba St, where much shopping and food can take place. On the downside many shops close really early 5-6pm so you can't expect much of a night shopping trip happening. By car countdown & pak n save are a 7-10 minute drive away and there are many other smaller supermarkets close by accessible by foot including Asian food markets.

  The room and building is very dated, but was clean and very quiet. The location is fab. It was very cold and we were offered another heater for the room, however just the one was more than enough to keep the room toasty warm. My only gripe was that the towels were stained - time for some new ones. If you are looking for an affordable room then this is your place.

  Very nice hotel. We rented a big room. And that was awesome . we were at the highest floor. Wifi was also unlimited with full speed. But the staff was not proper. They didn't know to trust on customers
