Stayed here many times for work and this is a warm as well as clean and tidy motel. Highly recommended!

We live just around the corner and just needed to escape for a bit of down time. We didn't want to travel far so we just Google searched motels and rang a few but we're fully booked because of tourist season. Glad their was one room left for us,especially being a last minute and late night booking. Our room was really lovely. Neutral coloured walls,lovely bathroom,very clean. Lovely courtyard. We were greeted by Lovely,down to earth hosts with a warm welcome.

We are locals and desparately needed a night away from the pressures,stresses and demands of work and home life. We were very suprised when we arrived. Lovely,friendly Reception upon arrival. Very tidy and clean court yard. Lovely, Clean, warm, neutral coloured room with all the basic essential need items supplied. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, Fully refreshed and motivated to take on the day. Awesome!!!

No idea why so many trolls want to attack such a great place to stay?!?! Me and my partner didn't have any problems with the 2 nights we stayed and our room was even left open for us as we arrived at 2am due to coming in from Australia! Front desk service is great and very friendly and willing to go the extra mile to make your stay more enjoyable and stress free

I use this Motor Lodge all the time for our business because I know that our staff and customers will be very well looked after. I get very annoyed when I see fictitious comments posted by people.
I wholeheartedly recommend The Belmont and have done so many times. The units are very clean, the staff and hosts are very welcoming and caring people. We have had international people stay here and say that it is comparable to 5 star hotels overseas. When you stay at these places - you have to remember that it is a business and that other people are staying in close proximity, so ground rules are necessary.response / report this review -

Stayed there for one night with my 3 young children after a family death, needed urgent accommodation. Arrived at approx 6pm, was given the "ground rules" not a problem. 30 minutes later a knock on the door being explained the "ground rules" again kindly told the lady i understand. Had a friend stop by to offer support and was aggressively told by the owner AGAIN at 8pm that guests need to leave by 930. Not a problem. Knock at the door AGAIN at 9pm to say my guest had to leave.
Treated like a criminal, paid 1 nights rate x3 for bond!
