  Website totally misleading. Pool was cold and not clean same with spa, Fish tank in reception was dirty, No restaurant they said they had a breakfast restaurant but never went as spent our money elsewhere. Rooms small and you are unable to cool down as when you get back and open door it was like a sauna and took ages to cool even slightly. DON"T GO THERE

  I have stayed in a lot of different hotels, motels and hostels around the world and this was one of the worst.
  
  The water pressure was non existent and the room stunk every time we returned to the room.
  
  The towels where the size of bath mats.
  The wifi was free, but didn't work.
  Never again.
  .
  DON'T STAY HERE!

  A very forgettable experience due to lack of hot water in the showers. Water pressure is also very poor.

  Very lukewarm reception, had to find room, not much direction given. Tired dated room, only a kettle. Very hot, bird droppings all over balcony. A bit far out of town too. Wouldn't recommend.

  Comfort room, have bath tub, shower not so great, no dest in room, FREE and UNLIMITED wifi, beautiful morning [if the weather is good]. Will definitely stay again if around.

  Good place to stay in Te Anau. We wanted a place 1/2 way in between Queenstown and Milford Sound. Te Anau is great for that and Fiordland Hotel worked well for us. We had 2 rooms for our family of 5. It's older, but updated bathroom and all the necessities. Convenient location.

  Small rooms, although they are very tidy. Free WiFi and activities for fun (darts, pool and putt-putt). Friendly staff. Overall, a good experience at an affordable price.
