Even the first time the receptionist gave us the wrong room but turn out a not bad situation. Close to town. Good location and good facilities.

The room was clean and the beds had electric blankets. The service at the bar was polite. Nothing stood out as impressive or remarkable about either the service or facilities.

Great afternoon reception. Arrived at the hotel for a function. The room, was identified by large print notices. The bar was well stocked, with knowledgeable staff Manning the bar A good visit to a busy place.

Stopped into the restaurant on our drive from Christchurch to Lake Tekapo. Service was excellent, the grounds of the hotel/restaurant are beautiful! Good selection of food, beer, and wine.
