The room was clean. Available at an affordable cost. But if you are planning to stay there for week then the owner may knock at your door and say, "Don't use the heater for so long as it can increase power bills" . Next day he knock on your door and say, "Don't leave your toilet light stay on for too long". On third day, he can knock on your door and say, "Be careful while doing spicy cooking". If you can bear it, then enjoy your stay. Otherwise very comfortable. The hotel manager Nicole is very friendly and hardworking.

Great accomodation, wished we could have stayed longer. Rooms are a good size (we stayed in a 2 bedroom for 5 people and 1 dog), refurbishment is modern and pet friendly, with a back yard as well as small park area right next door :) Would definitely stay here again and recommend.

Stayed in room 1, very nice and modern. Lovely pool and BBQ area and very clean overall. Helpful hosts too. Great stay.

Due to having 2 events on 2 separate weekends at Park Island, Fern Motel Napier was a great choice as it was only a five minute drive away. Awesome friendly atmosphere and clean and family orientated.

Although I'm only 3days into my stay here booked for a week. I'd like too give my review now. Really impressed with the room and how clean it was on arrival. Room service has been excellent very friendly. Owner's are also lovely I think I'd rate this motel 10/10 I'd definitely come stay again in the future if need and tell friends and family really impressed :) thanks for the awesome services
