Lovely place in a great location, cafés and restaurants within walking distance as well as an awesome water front to walk along. friendly staff. my one problem was the beds headboard was loose so anytime you moved it would knock loudly.

We have just spent 2 nights at this motel, last time we were there was 8 years ago. Sad to say that we did not get the same treatment as our first visit. Our bed unfortunately was very hard, and the bedlinen smelt like it had been on the bed for a while. The bath robes which used to be very soft and fuffy were very small and thin. The Women who serviced the units were very pleasant, our furniture on our balcony needs to be repaired as the chairs and tables were starting to fall apart due to being weathered. The aluminum door didn't lock at the top leaving a grap though the door. Carpets need shampooing very strained around the coffee table. Furniture needs re-polishing very marked. Entrance door to room has a 3mm grap around the door leaving another breeze though the room. The door looks like it's been broken into at some stage. I went to use the Chopping board only to find that it was dirty, not washed after last use. The price of our stay for the 2 nites was $570 as we booked though a online accommodation site. I feel that the unit was very over priced and we were sadly let down this time. Motel just needs some maintenance to bring it back to how it used to be. We loved the location very close to beach, shops, restaurants and cafes.

Good basic accommodation. Not many hotels have a large spa pool in the bedroom so big ups! Easy walking distance to City centre and is right on the beach.

Very friendly staff and nice clean accommodation. Beautiful view, and modern fixtures. Spa was nice and big. Will definitely look to visit again sometime. Only thing wrong was the coffee plunger gauze was well worn and fell apart during use which, while repairable by screwing the gauze back in, wasted the one coffee packet provided with the room.

Always a great place to stay, the rooms are well appointed and have ample parking for cars both on the road in front and out the back. The only odd thing is having a spa bath in the main room.

A nice quiet apartment style hotel which is about ten minutes walk away from the city centre on Marine Parade. Fabulous views across the ocean and beach. Rooms are clean and modern if a little basic but the spa bath is a real treat! Simple but wholesome breakfast with great coffee, staff are friendly and helpful. Could do with a few more parking spaces but plenty of on street parking areas so no real problem. Wireless internet signal was weak in my room, even in other areas where the signal was stronger the speed wasn't much to write home about.

Very Rude staff in Kitchen. Took 30 minutes to make an Omlette & ran out of ingredients @ 9 am.
Extremely noisy location as 22 wheeler trucks pass 5 feet from window ( which is not hotel's fault more so city councils fault fir allowing trucks ), neverthless it's a very loud experience & frequently get awoken during sleep due to noise levels.
Also wifi is extremely poor, it can take 5 plus minutez to load a news websiteresponse / report this review
