Very noisy room. Could easily hear TV and sound of man snoring in adjacent room. When the snoring stopped the stomping began as he thumped his way about. Bed hard and uncomfortable. Pillows flat sad and lifeless. Receptionist got a bit defensive when told about the issues. Fridges motor kicked in at 2am..got up in morning having had little to no sleep feeling like teengers after a hard night out who then spent the night sleeping in the car..our room was discounted by $20 because of our complaint but some genuine acknowledgement from the receptionist would have been better.

Big shout out to Sandy and her team! Been staying here for the last 8years for iron Maori and couldn't ask for any more. Amazing service and we are made to feel like family. Sandy greets us with a hug. Love staying here and would highly recommend them. Room number 1 - I grade my stay as choice!

The room was clean however the bed and pillows could have been better. The front desk staff were friendly but housekeeping failed to replenish our supplies. The hotel also lacks it's own amenities.

Stayed two nights 3-4th March first night ok - 2nd night 10.30pm two neighboring units bought back a lot of people and carried on a big noisy party - noise didn't abate until 3am. Tried ringing reception at 11.15pm and after letting the phone ring and ring no-one answered. Complained the next morning only to be told by the relieving manager that shehadn't heard anything, not even the phone ringing - she had gone to bed 9.30pm Will not be staying there again as management would not deal to the problem - I heard others talking about the loud noise the next morning and I fail to believe that no-one else complained especially when it states
that all visitors must leave no later than 10pm

This was the nicest, cleanest most spacious room, I've had since arriving in NZ a month ago. I wish all my rooms were this nice. Wifi was great too!

Very avarage. Facilities too old, service avarage as well. Very noisy, you can hear everything happening in the other rooms. Good wifi though.

Large spacious room. Comfy bed. Large spa bath. Modern and clean. Everything cared for and amenities fresh and all items you need are here. Very close to marina walk and large range of upmarket bars cafes and restaurants. Highly recommended.

Reception lady was very rude and short. No milk offered or given which we found out later in guest book that milk was meant to be supplied. Very noisy guests from above and next door. Young people partying next door outside our room started from 10pm to 4am, and were allowed to continue drinking at will right outside our door on common balcony. Complained twice but little done about it, partying continued, in the end we didn't get any sleep. Disgusting customer service for our issue. Will never return or recommend to anyone.
