  Fantastic Room. Great central location. Service was the best i've experienced, and we often stay Novotel and Hyatt. Also the restaurant was amazing. If I could give more stars I would.

  Booked the motel for 3 nights during the school holidays. Excellent location on marine parade opposite the beach and close to the national aquarium, kids play areas and good restaurants and cafes. Got a Seaview balcony studio room with a queen and single bed. Rates $152/night. Comfy bed but pillows were soft. Newly renovated bathroom. Very helpful service from hotel staff.

  Great location exceptionally quiet hotel with exceptional staff. 15 minutes after we checked out I had an email letting me know my wife had left two items in the closet. Had time to go and pick them up before heading to the airport. Quality of breakfast was a bit suspect for the price. Food was unremarkable and in the case of the pancakes cold despite several request for fresh warm pancakes

  Simple rooms but tough to beat the location. It's an easy walk to good food and downtown is fantastic! The pedestrian walk across the way was good for a morning run too. I'd stay here again without hesitation

  Close to everything and reasonably well maintained property. Kids loved the pool which was also reasonably well maintained. Service was great.

  Handy location walking distance to reach all the tourist attractions in Napier city.
  
  Reasonable cost for long or short holiday. Spacious and modernized rooms with cooking facilities. Heat pump for winter and summer.
  
  Approachable and friendly staffs.
