Very easy location for walking to great restaurants and shops. Wouldn't have liked to stayed on the two lower floors for privacy's sake. Higher floor rooms have a superb view of the water. All n' all a really great stay.

We visited on the 25th August. We had arranged with your staff for a cot, on arrival a cot was made up for us which we appreciated. Our room was well turned out, some sort of residue on the bathroom floor and door handle. Overall it was nice, staff were great. View was great and handy to town and attractions.

We stayed for two nights mid July! The hotel is immaculate, the staff were all lovely and very helpful. We ate in the restaurant for dinner and breakfast both nights! Delicious! Thanks, we will be back! 😆

Room nice and clean. Food is good, but room service very limited. Absolutely not friendly reception - both check in and check out. You better book it through Scenic web site - otherwise they try to overcharge you by $10 per night if you do it via reception. Really funny in 21 century.

Clean spacious quiet rooms. Right beside waterfront promenade. Would love to come back on a non work trip and spend time exploring. Excellent conference centre across the road.

We had a wonderful stay at this Well positioned hotel. A short walk to all the cafes and restaurants.
Check in was friendly and professional. Room was clean and very comfortable.
We asked for an extra hour after their check out time and they accommodated us with no extra charge which was very much appreciated

I have stayed at Texas Pania previously it was great, however this time I was disappointed the receptionist that greeted us was fantastic and really helpful. As for the one who was on when we checked out she did not look like she wanted to be at work, and left a bad taste in the mouth. The rooms are usually great this time however, the bathroom smelt of stale urine, and many of the light bulbs had blown so the room was dark, being easter weekend we expected the high price but was let down with the basics that the Te Pania usually offers

Super welcoming and accommodating staff. Great room with a view (for 2 adults and 2 kids) and really fantastic location. We look forward to staying at Te Pania again on our next trip to Napier!! 😊

Good hotel. Seems to be our regular. Nice bar and restaurant down stairs. Food and coffee were good. Great location with pools across the road and can walk to town or down the waterfront.
