Terrible customer service..!! Seanney, the salesperson was very rude, arrogant, stand-offish, and highly unprofessional..!! I called up their store to inform that I haven’t received my order yet and that it had been over a month. She asked me to contact the salesperson who made the sale. When I asked her name & said if she could just check the status of order in the system with my order number, she got all snappy and hung up on me. Never experienced any sales person doing that in my life..!! Very disappointing..!!

I have been dealing with Gareth and elite for the past 3 years and have found them brilliant to deal with. As a multi home builder, service is paramount and Gareth has never let us down. I have also used all elite fixtures in my own home and have been very happy with everything I was recommend to use.

Hi we have used Elite Bathrooms for the last couple of houses and we are delighted with their service and product range. They have super efficient staff who all know what they are talking about and are able to help you make the right choice for your situation. They are professional and super helpful. We have never had any problem with any of their products and we are delighted with their new show room and the great range they have on display. Elite make shopping for bathroom fixtures and fittings really easy and a pleasure - all you have to do in the end is choose!!!

Great product, very poor communication and blame shifting.
- Lots of enthusiasm when we first visited and picked out the options we wanted.
- We wanted to make some changes so visited again and made the changes, all recorded on our original quote.
- Chased up the quote the following week with the sales person we had used face to face twice before - "So sorry, the salesperson you saw must have forgotten to pass on details". Funny coming from the exact person we'd dealt with!
- Sorted our order out and paid the deposit, the vanity with a 3-4 week lead time. 3 weeks later get an email saying just waiting on 2 more items due 26/10 - "So if your happy to wait until then we can deliver everything then?".
- Chased up delivery and the mirror cabinet had been delayed so we were delayed an additional week - pushing out the plumber booking.
- Delivery guys carried everything into the house - 'hey guys, where's the bath tub?'. "That's due in 3 weeks". EXCUSE ME.
- The lack of communication from Elite was shocking, why was the delivery driver telling me the key component of the BATHroom was delayed a further 3 weeks? Remember I had been advised everything was ready to go apart from the mirror cabinet. What happened to the bath? Eventually this was resolved, we accepted a tub with minor cosmetic damage on one side. The delivery driver advising we'd get a $50 credit. I had to chase Elite to get this.
- Finally get around to using all the fittings - we had been supplied the wrong heated towel rail. "Yes sorry they did pack up the wrong style".

We were very happy with the product but it was such a painful experience with constant chasing and blame shifting I would be hesitant at using Elite again.

Josh and the team at Elite were awesome to deal with. They have an in-depth knowledge of their products and really listened to our requirements. They have a huge range of products to choose from and their top quality. I'd have no hesitation to deal with them for our next bathroom renovation project.

Customer service severely lacking, we were the only people in the entire store and there were several employees walking around or doing stuff on their machines all the while totally ignoring us. So we walked out and went to Franklin's Bathroomware down Harris road instead who were much more helpful.

I am astonished, appalled and disappointed by the total disrespect and low level service experienced by this company.
The sales person treated me with so much disrespect, wouldn't listen to my explanation and spoke right over me, then walked away.
I left feeling talked down to, like a lower class citizen.
Will be making a formal complaint.
