We came to this restaurant as we used to come here a couple years ago and it was amazing.. I have to say we were beyond dissapointed last night. The prices have risen drastically and the Service was average - everything my father in law ordered "wasn't available" and it took him around 4 times to choose something they actually had available. The food took over an hour to come out and after around 40 mins the waitress came to us to say they had no Veges that she had previously offered to us. Oh and I would have had to pay extra for coke zero instead of coke - like seriously? An over all disappointing and very expensive night, I understand why the place was empty. Totally not worth it.

I booked a table for my visiting cousin from South Africa 60th Birthday at 5.3pm. There was no indication at our table that it was a bday after they asked me het name😳 the waitresses were terrible. We had to ask if they had specials, so we ordered at 5 4pm, first they came back from the to inform us that they did not have two of the meals that was on the menu? We odered something else and by 6.5pm still no food. We complained and five minutes later my daughter received her steak that was so hot she could not eat it and was still cooking it was burned abd disgusting, she sent it back. The other 4 meals arrived and the veggies was cold. I was so embarrassed to have taking the family there. The service and food was disgusting. Will never go there again.

Love the food here but dining betw 7 and 8 on a sat night and they were out of poike, out of ox tail, out of venison, out of kangaroo, out of lamb. So 2/3 of the SA speciaties are unavailable. Again, love the food but you guys need to sort your act out.

Good place to visit with your family if you like bbq ribs! They have a all you can eat ribs night on Tuesday nights. They food is good pretty decent. Lots of parking available.

Geat place it was once, with sea view dining. Sea view is still there, but greatness is harder to find. The famous spare ribs have become dry and not so tasty. Menu is confusing: cocktail prices don't include alcohol. But it is not completely off my list, will give it another go.

First time experience, went for a birthday and the food was delicious was so full, I ordered a combo deal ribs and calamari. The service was so welcoming too. Second visit was within days from our first visit because it was so good and the food was great but the service dropped dramaticallywent here Valentines day and we were seated right next to the doors where the staff just went in and out numerous times, asked if we could move to some free seats near the windows and they blatantly lied it was for a bigger group, when a couple was seated there after we had asked, food took a while to come out..awful service experience, unfortunately this second experience put me off and not returning.
