I won't continue to shop here anymore, I have purchased yet another over-cooked chicken from the deli. I get home to open the bag and ALAS'!!! a badly dry over-cooked hot chicken in a bag. YUK.. I am also sick of seeing sparrows in the store chowing down on food, eg.. pecking thru bags of bread and today there were 3 feathered little buggers sitting on top of the broccoli having a feast. This is clearly a Health and Safety issue, they are crapping on our food which we purchase. Come on Countdown.. I'm feed up with what I continually see in your Napier store and taking my shopping elsewhere now.

Attentive staff were more than easy to find, they had an organic section, but could could do more with more products of such. Good service from the cashier.

Great clean shop but packed my shopping incorrectly. You don't put jif with yoghurts or frozen berries with weetbix lol.

Very poor customer service - be prepared to wait in line for 15 to 20 minutes while 2 or 3 tiles are open and 11 are closed

A bit more expensive than Pak 'n Save overall, but if we are selective it's fine. Better attitude among supervisors than the other store though!
