Best range, best prices, best service - hands down. We only shop at Mitre Ten for all our hardware and gardening needs, this business knows its products well, the staff are always helpful and certainly knowledgeable. Forget the other guys who claim to "beat any competitor's price by 15 percent" (their premises could do with a really good clean) as the staff are next to useless as far as product knowledge is concerned.

I always find what I'm after here. Lots of different products with many ranges and prices. Staff are helpful and friendly. Like the garden department and Cafe. It's great they have a kids playground.

Went into get masking tape to fix my car, but for the life of me i couldn't find it, but a young fella on staff went out of his way to make sure I got what I needed, and was very professional.
Would recommend this awesome store to anyone doing a bit of DIY, fair prices and friendly staff willing to help.

Usually the staff is friendly and helpful here. No need to look for a shop assistant, they definitely know their job. Today though one of them went extra mile to find more suitable and cheaper product for me. Thanks Pete!

I'm a women and I just love browsing this store. Its an awesome place to shopI've been there so long at times that I've needed a toiletand guess what, they have toilets and they are clean toilets, cleaned frequently, which is lodged for everybody to see. I have been to the cafeteria but did find it a tad expensive but nice. Honestly this is a "one stop shop storey". The staff are friendly and helpful 99% of the time. The garden centre is fabulous, u feel like you're in a park, so much to look at Better then Odering by s long shot. Love it, love, love it.
