If you like wine this is a must do. If you don't like wine it's still a must do! The aroma room is a great intro and Abby was really knowledgeable and helpful in getting us to understand more about NZ wines - even though we've been drinking them for years. We loved it :)

Cute wine cellar that offered wine tasting flights at reasonable prices. Host was really nice & informative.

We had been very shocked by behavior of this shop owner. Our family and guests of New Zealand, was crossing the road towards the wine center on Boxing day , nice Christmas day, but been almost hit by car, car driver young girl was deliberately and agressive was trying to scared us on road and didn't slow down and shouted from window. wasn't nice but we all alive, trying to forget this story walked into the wine center in Napier. The student of Auckland Law school proudly started to show us this building as it was built by management of his father, suddenly the shop owner jumped out of nowhere and screamed and kicked us out of the shop, as he had his own idea of what happened on the road and didn't care that we had life threatening situation. it is very heartless person owning this shop, how could do it in Christmas holiday with respected foreigners and guests of Napier

The wine centre is a fab place to come and experience Hawke's Bay wine. Through in the summer it's open Saturday 10-5 and Sunday 11-230 - later if there's a boat in.

The Wine Tasting Adventure is a must-do experience in Napier! It's worth it just to go and use the aroma rooms, but the movie and tasting part is a lot of fun, too. We did the experience for both the red wines and the white wines, and it was worth every penny!
