Uniquely beautiful venue. Once a traditional church, this historic building now has a little bit of funk. A huge chandelier takes center stage and lovely gardens surrounded by vines frame the outlook. The little decor touches in the church itself makes this place a bit special. Pity they don't operate a restaurant here anymore but if you're planning an event this is a very cool place for it.

Make sure when you book that you clarify whether you will be seated inside or outside in the marquee.
We have made two separate reservations in advance only to be called on the afternoon of our date to confirm that we knew we would be seated outside in the marquee. This was extremely disappointing as we never told when we initialy booked.

Good food, the tapas menu offers some lovely local selections. On a nice day you can sit outside and enjoy the garden and little water features.

We chose the Old Church for my son's wedding and we had a most delightful day. The venue is gorgeous, the food was great and the team made sure that all went smoothly. Jacinda and Moira were so helpful making all the arrangements - if you want to have a very special day/ celebrationin a very special place, then this is the best venue to choose.
